2021-22 Retention Outcomes Under Michigan’s Read by Grade Three Law

This policy brief updates our prior analysis by analyzing the implementation of the Read by Grade Three Law’s retention requirement in 2021-22, the second year in which the retention element of the Law was in place.
EPIC works with state and district partners to create a targeted research agenda to learn which reform strategies are most effective, where, when and for whom.
