Building up boys – As academic success and college enrollment lag for boys, teaching by example is getting more attention

The efforts to raise academic performance for all K-12 students are ongoing, but a strategy has emerged in school districts across the U.S. for boys specifically, one that has spurred efforts in Michigan: Recruit more men to become teachers.
