Michigan student achievement improved but still behind pre-pandemic levels

According to the Education Policy Innovation Collaborative, math achievements for K-8 students in Michigan have improved slightly and reading achievement has stayed about the same since the beginning of COVID-19. However, this growth was not the same for all students in the state and overall performance is still below pre-pandemic norms.
