New report reveals Michigan teacher salaries lag national averages, public supports increases

A new report from the Education Policy Innovation Collaborative sheds light on teacher compensation policy. Salaries are falling below the national average and have been on this path for decades. However, there is strong public support for increasing teacher salaries in Michigan.
