Report: Most Teachers Still Using Unrated, Subpar ELA Curriculum Tools

The Education Policy Innovation Collaborative found that across the state of Michigan, teachers are using a large variety of resources for their English curriculum. However, many do not meet evaluation expectations or are unrated, and some standardization would be beneficial.
