Caroline Bartlett

Caroline Bartlett is a doctoral student studying education policy and K-12 educational administration at MSU. Her research interests include English Learners, school finance, and school leadership. At EPIC, she assists on the Read by Grade 3 project. Prior to beginning her studies at MSU, Caroline worked as an ESL and English teacher in Charleston, South Carolina. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Education and English as a Second Language from the University of Arizona and a Master of Public Administration from Texas A&M University.

EPIC works with state and district partners to create a targeted research agenda to learn which reform strategies are most effective, where, when and for whom.
